Meet our founder
Prior to launching KR Hugill Associates, Kent Hugill served in executive roles with Universal Health Services Inc., Emeritus Senior Living, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Liberty Healthcare, Genesis Health Ventures, HCR ManorCare, and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. In his roles as chief marketing officer, he was successful in directing sales teams and developing and implementing innovative clinical programs to grow market share. He also served with distinction as the operations executive for several healthcare patient services organizations.
Kent’s ability to identify and train high-performing teams and his established network of desirable candidates qualifies him to help his clients attract the professionals they need to execute on priority initiatives and thrive in today’s highly competitive marketplace.
